Deliver what you promise: the fixation nuts were not included, which makes the remote handle bars completely useless. On top of that, it takes support@asievie.com more than five days before responding. That is NO WAY to treat your customers. It's a real shame. On top of that they promised today to "re"-expedite the fixation nuts, but can not tell me when they will arrive. WORTHLESS!!!!
